These terms apply when you buy from House of Vazu at houseofvazu.trade. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

All prices are in Australian dollars. Vases are $10 each, and every complete group of five in your bag is $45. Shipping is $3.99 when your subtotal after savings is under $45, and free at $45 or more. The full total, including shipping, is shown before you pay.
Payment is taken by Stripe (card and digital wallets) or PayPal. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and we send your paid invoice.
We take care to keep stock and prices accurate. If a vase you ordered is unavailable, or an order was placed at an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and give you a full refund for anything we cannot supply.
Product photos are a guide. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.
We deliver within Australia only, using Australia Post. We will email you a tracking number when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier.
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us with your order number and a photo and we will sort it out.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not exclude, restrict or change any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
VAZU, its product names and designs belong to their respective owners. The photographs and text on this website may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
We handle your personal information as described in our privacy policy. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
